Blog Post created by rmaloney Employee on Aug 13, 2015

Our docs team is working on an official document which will more of less reference over to the Okta documentation pages. The long and short of it is that the best instructions for setting up Lifesize Cloud come from Okta. They have spent time verifying Lifesize Cloud and have created very good setup instructions. When a customer adds our "app" to their account, they are walked through a short setup process that provides a whole wealth of information. I have captured this information and posted here for your reference. Have fun!

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
Customer will need to log into their Okta account to get this information

    • Click Edit to make the fields editable.
    • For the Encryption Certificate, click Browse to navigate to the lifesize.crt file you just saved, then click Upload to upload it to Okta.
    • Click Save when complete.

Step 3: Sign in to Lifesize Cloud with administrative privileges here: https://manage.lifesizecloud.com.Step 4: Access Lifesize Cloud Advanced Settings by clicking the drop down button next to your name in the upper right corner of the page, then navigate to SSO Integration (see screen shot at end of step for reference):In the SSO Configuration section:
