At Lifesize we listen to our customers and love hearing how they use our solutions. We especially enjoy being able to highlight when that feedback results in an improvement to our product. One concern we’ve heard from customers is that it isn’t always easy when you’re trying to schedule a meeting or call a conference room system directly.
We understand how important it is to connect and collaborate and we’re excited to share that we’ve been working on a new design for our invite process that will be released in May.
Going forward you’ll be able to easily invite people to call you or a conference room system directly or to join a virtual meeting room. You will be able to select these options when using the Web App or Desktop App (the functionality is exactly the same).
We also consolidated the ability to invite new users to join your company’s account. Admins will now be the only ones that can invite new users to join an account from the Admin Console.
