Hello to everyone! Customers, Resellers, Distributors, Lifesizers, and those of you using our devices and/or the cloud solution every day for your communication needs. You are the reason we are here (thanks for that!) and the reason we are looking at 2015 as another year in which Lifesize will continue to shine. Video is becoming increasingly important as the world shrinks and more and more people work abroad, across the oceans, at home, at commuter locations, and other remedies companies have put in place to woo and keep the best and the brightest.
We need to communicate. It is at the core of our business and at the core of every human interaction. The goal with the Lifesize Community is to facilitate and encourage that communication. We want to hear from you and we want you to know our doors are open. Come in, look around, ask a question, answer a question, find the help you need, and be part of something larger, our extended Lifesize family.
Right now, we are in our fledgling moments. Every post will always count, but right now every question and answer will be that much more important. This is the pilot, where every post and piece of feedback is critical. This is the beginning. Please follow the lead of some of our intrepid explorers, like richdwa, and post. Share your thoughts in your status. Start the conversation.
We have an event calendar to keep you informed of upcoming training, shows, and product releases. We have specific spaces for cloud, on-prem, and peripheral and system knowledge and questions. We want your ideas on how to make the product better; how to make it easier; and we want to know what your challenges have been and how you overcame them. We want to know how you use our products. We have some ideas, of course, but it’s a big world and you are innovative people. Share your stories with us.
Have a question about how to accomplish something in the community? How to post or create an idea or feature request? Send it my way. I’ve created some how to documentation here, but I’m happy to answer questions directly. If I don’t have the answer, I will find someone who does or search it out myself. The community is for all of you, for all of us. Let’s make it as friendly and interactive as possible.
