Hello and Happy New Year to everyone!


First, I want to announce the new member of the quarter. He is a relatively new member and a new reseller of Lifesize products. Michal has already engaged frequently and provided great content. He is also a fan of the Lifesize Community Store… so you know he’s got my vote. I thoroughly believe in rewarding engagement.



Second, I’m hoping everyone noticed that we launched a live chat widget on the main page and in the Meet Your Support Team space. When an agent is available, you can launch a chat widget and talk to a support rep directly from community.


No need to navigate away.


I am working hard to bring more and more of our services to the site, making it your complete one-stop shop for engaging with Lifesize. We will never stop having the .com site, of course, but once you come to community, I like you stay and get comfortable.


I’ve got my eyes open and I am so glad that we were able to highlight a Partner this quarter. Whether you are a direct customer or a partner does not matter when it comes to selecting our member of the quarter. What matters? …your engagement, your desire to help, your curiosity, your questions, your answers.
