On the Icon series systems.. The only thing you can control about sleep is the "Consumer Electronics Control" -- -> we want to adjust the actual sleep timer value (minutes?) and possibly disable sleep entirely on the icons.

I have been receiving a number of calls/chats/emails lately about Cloud administrators wanting to manually create accounts that are not tied to a valid email address. I understand that we sell Cloud by the number of seats, but I still think it would be a good idea to allocate a small number of manually creatable user accounts, based on the number of seats sold. Submitting feature request on behalf of customer. We used to have an echo canceller box in Lifesize Softphone and UVC Clearsea client. This feature is not available for Lifesize Video, customer is experiencing echo with some of his end clients. Customer is currently able to use other videoconferencing clients with same PC, Webcam, Speakers set up and does not hear the echo. Thanks, Jorge Gonzalez

Created for david , spurred by this discussion: LifeSize Video Center content channel video quality Video Center is BFCP/Content channel, which is (for non-LifeSize equipment) limited to only 128 kbps (and for LifeSize room equipment to 256 kbps) and content channel video quallity with 128 kbps is too low. Increasing this bandwith will help very much.
