If there is a meeting booked for between 13:00 and 14:00, then another from 14:00 to 15:00, can there be a warning on-screen, 5 minutes or so before the second meeting is due to start, to let users know there is another meeting due to start?
The Icon 600 (optionally) and 800 models support two displays. There are six possible options on how the secondary display is utilized. Which one are you using and why? As an example in a large auditorium mirrored might be preferred to show everything on two displays to cover the large audience. The link below describes the options and their behavior, thanks.
