In the event you must engage support to troubleshoot an issue or get clarity on a question or concern, you may be asked to obtain a diagnostics file and send to support for review. The diagnostic tool is built into the application and can be retrieved at the click of a button from the help menu on desktop/laptop, and from the ‘settings’ menu on mobile.
