How to update your existing Maintenance license in Icon if Refresh failed to update.docx

1.      You need to login using the Support credential, highlight the existing Maintenance license you are going to add and hit the Delete button


2.      Once deleted, login into and enter the Icon Serial Number under the Get Serial Number Information field and hit ‘Get Info’. Copy the whole string of data under the Maintenance Key


3.      Once copied, press Add and paste the license key on the empty field and hit Add

4.      You will now see the Maintenance license is being added
