The CDRs (call detail records) from the Bridge 2200 use POSIX time format (aka Unix time):

Unix time counts in seconds, and 0 was at 00:00:00 (UTC) on 1 January 1970.  So, for example from the image above, 1299078760 is (Wednesday) 2nd March 2011 at 15:12:40 GMT.

There are many online converters which can tell you what a POSIX time is in regular time format, for example:

Epoch Converter - Unix Timestamp Converter

Unixtime online: convert unix time to plain english, and vice-versa!

Online Conversion - Unix time conversion

...along with many others.
