The first time you click the email button you are asked to choose what program you wish to launch when clicked. The options are web browser, Mail, Outlook, Look for an app in the store. Whatever you choose will change the MailTo protocol from that point forward. There is no option in the Cloud app to change it once it is selected. You have to go into the Windows settings to change it to something else.
Click on the Windows Start button, type Control Panel in the area where is says search programs and files. Click on Control Panel.
Click on Category and change to Small Icons.
Click on Default Programs.
Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
Scroll down until you get to MAILTO.
Double right click MAILTO.
Select Microsoft Office Outlook and hit ok.
This should resolve the issue. Open Lifesize Cloud and click Email, Outlook should launch properly.
