The Lifesize Flex ships with a 5m USB cable.  This cable is used to connect the Flex to the PC that is driving the Flex.  The cable has a Type A male connector for attaching to the PC and a Type B male connector for attaching to the Flex.  In some locations, customers may need more than 5m between the Flex and the PC. Going beyond 5m requires use of active electronics ... i.e. some kind of signal boosting. Here are some examples of devices/cables that we've tried that worked with Flex. These devices were tested using a Windows 7 laptop and the Lifesize Flex.
