We usually come across the error codes ( for eg: 0x80070005- Access is Denied) while installing the client software.
Possible cause could be:
1. Microsoft .NET Framework (not updated)
2. Redirection URL is blocked
1. Make sure you have the administrator privileges on the system in which you are trying to install the LS Cloud Application.
2. Upgrade the Microsoft .NET Framework
3. From your system, click the Windows Logo and R Keys together > type %Temp% Windows Explorer will bring you to Temp folder, you can select all and hit DELETE
4. From your system, click the Windows Logo and R Keys together > type %Appdata% delete the folder Lifesize.
5. Re-install the software and it should be successful.
