In some cases you be may required to reboot your Icon before collecting a diagnostic log.  This could be due to an unresponsive system or the need to return functionality immediately for an important call.  The attached document provides methods for rebooting while still preserving the log files on the system.  This will allow you to collect the coroner after reboot and keep valuable information that Lifesize support will need to diagnose the issue.
