This could be a probable reason that your endpoint's camera settings. Follow the steps below.

 

Login to your Endpoint from the system browser

     https://ENDPOINT_IP_ADDRESS > Go to Diagnostics > expand Camera > Dropdown Anti-flicker and choose the option to 50Hz and Click Save
