How to capture Cloud Diagnostics log from Android device

The Tech Support team will require you to capture log from your Android device to assist you further on your issue. Below is how you collect the log:

 

1. Simulate the issue that you are facing

2. Once you have recreate the issue, tap on the '3 vertical dots' (top right) and you will see 'Collect Diagnostics' and tap on it

3. You will now see an option to Email the log which you may send it to yourself and update the support ticket. The filename of the log would be Lifesize_Cloud.coroner
