We are pleased to announce two enhancements to our SSO feature for Lifesize Cloud Enterprise and Premium subscription plan customers.
- Enable SSO for users with different email domains authenticated through the same IdP.
In order to configure this, please contact Lifesize Support.
- Enable SSO for users who have a single domain but are authenticated through different IdPs.
In this case, the admin can configure the IdP for each group under Advanced Settings > SSO Integration.
IMPORTANT: The first time a new user logs in, the user must do so from the IdP page and not directly from the Lifesize app.
