Go to your Device Manager and check, if you Webcam Drivers are signed by SunplusIT. Uninstall the Device Drivers and ensure you are running the Webcam drivers with Generic Microsoft Drivers and then try again.

On your Windows, Click Start > type devmgmt.msc > Expand the Webcam Drivers, right click to go to Properties > Ensure, the driver signature is from SunplusIT (You will observe this drivers in Win 10, from Toshiba, Lenovo, Asus, HP, and few other vendors)
Right click on the Webcam Drivers and click Uninstall, also check the option (Delete the Driver software from the system) Refresh the device drivers - On the Device Manger, Click Action > Scan for hardware changes to get the Webcam drivers updated with Microsoft Generic Drivers and the try again with Lifesize Cloud.
