This is something you can try if you are having problems with your video image using the CLOUD installable-thick-client.
Some video-cards simply don't work well with our hardware acceleration software via the CLOUD thick-client.
You can disable this 'hardware acceleration' functionality from the CLOUD software side by doing the following>
1) Launch CLOUD
2) sign in
3) hit SHIFT + F1
This should bring up a debug console that looks like this>
If you're not confident in your steps thus far, please note F12 will reset everything back to defaults and you can try again.
