If you run into a situation where the Icon 400 will not power up, an easy way to determine if it is the power supply that has gone bad is to check to see if the green indicator light right next to where the power cable plugs into the Icon 400 is glowing green or not. (See image below showing where the green light is). If that light is not green and the power supply is plugged in, the power supply is bad. Replace or repurchase the power supply based on warranty status. If the light is green, the power supply is good so continue troubleshooting the issue with the Icon 400.
