Running the Generation 2 Phone Diagnostics

LogoPhone2.JPGThe Lifesize Generation 2 phone has a diagnostics test built into the phone itself that tests the on-board features. You may be asked to run the  diagnostic test to if a microphone, speaker or component that has gone bad.


Swipe left on the touch screen to get to the System Tab


Tap the System Tab , then tap the Health Tab


Scroll down and tap the Phone Diagnostics Tab



Make sure the room is clear and not in a meeting, there is an audio test that can be a bit loud during the Diagnostic Test.





Make sure to take a picture of the screen if an error was returned as a result of the Diagnostics Test and update an existing case or create a new case online or by calling into support.
