Sometimes we need to determine the reason why a particular user or device is experiencing call quality concerns.
Generally this is something on the local network. Even if it's not, this is a good place to sanity-check.
Lifesize CLOUD keeps a historical record of the 'average call statistics per call' for each *REGISTERED* user and device.
You can access this from the manage.lifesizecloud.com webpage.
You'll need to sign in as an admin or super-user.
From the Dashboard if you scroll down you'll see a section that lists 'Users' and 'Video Systems'
You'll hit the 'view all' button per the picture below to expand that list
The subsequent page will display a listing of all of your users or devices.
If you click on any one of these entries you will be brought to a page that lists *all* calls this single user/device has made in the designated time-frame. (see below)
Note that clicking on any of the purple plus symbols will expand this for the call statistics information.
We'll want to see 1200+ on the video receive and video transmit with as minimal packetloss as possible.
Using this tool, we can get an idea of the user or registered device's calling environment to determine if we need to evaluate local network stability.
