Lifesize engineering has created a calendar integration debug tool for your assistance if you are having challenges connecting lifesize to your exchange server. You can navigate to the calendar integration debug tool website with the URL provided below.

Once you are on the web page, enter the information below in the fields provided:

Exchange username

Exchange password

A mailbox (should be complete with the @domain on the end)

 

This will run through the following:

  1. Attempt to autodiscover
  2. Attempt to find the mailbox
  3. Attempt to dump the mailbox contents out as we see it on our end

 

The output to the screen will be the log file that you can send to support so they can review why the exchange server isn’t connecting. You can create a support case with our Lifesize support team at Contact the Lifesize Customer Support Team .
