Guest Users - Call failed to Connect into Meeting via WebApp / Browser

  • Ensure you have valid URL (https://call.lifesizecloud.com/EXTENSION_NUMBER)
  • Please confirm your PC / Laptop has a camera / mic connected (externally or in-built)
  • You camera / Mic must be detected under "Choose your camera preferences" / "Use computer audio"

 

  

  • If you dont see your camera recognized, from the Address bar, click the Camera logo to Allow your camera / microphone.
  • If you dont have a camera / mic with PC, toggle of the camera / microphone switch to proceed joining the meeting.

 

  • If you still observe troubles joining a virtual meeting room, please open a support ticket with us reference to this Community thread.
