2017 was a big year for Lifesize with the release of our new web and desktop apps. We know you are busy with your own business, and it can be distracting to implement new features and products mid-year. So what better time than now to start using the best app Lifesize has ever released.


The new apps have a simple and easy-to-use design, more powerful moderator controls and automatically update so you always have the latest and greatest version. The feedback on the new apps has been very positive, and we are eager to help all of our customers with the transition.

While many have completely switched to the new app, there are a few companies who rolled out the new desktop app last year who still have some users making calls on the old, legacy desktop app.
