Lifesize Admins to gain valuable insights with dashboard improvements
The Lifesize Admin Console provides comprehensive monitoring and management for your account. It’s where you’ll find the data and controls to assess and manage video conferencing across your entire organization and around the world. Your dashboard gives you a snapshot view of your account so you can gain valuable insights into your activity, enabling you to more proactively plan, as well as troubleshoot any issues.
We’re wrapping up the work to greatly improve the data that populates your dashboard. Very soon you’ll be able to access your data instantly, allowing for faster response times for troubleshooting and analysis. And the data you receive will be much more precise, providing the detailed call, device and user data needed for informed decision-making. We’re excited to bring this to you in September.

The new dashboard will allow us to serve up your data incredibly fast. No more waiting to analyze calls or for charts to load — access your data instantly!
More accurate data
We’ve increased the accuracy of your data, such as including audio-only calls in your call minutes and providing more relevant numbers for active users.
You’ll likely notice differences from your old data due to these marked improvements. Your old data will still be accessible but will not be migrated as the new dashboard employs a new, more precise methodology. Any data prior to June 1, 2019 will be available only in the old dashboard via a link from the new dashboard.
