This session is geared toward the admin(s) of the Cloud account for Premium/Standard/Core based accounts. This session is one hour long, covering everything a admin would need to know about the management console including tools and resources. An email will be sent out 24 hours prior to the class containing dial-in instructions to attend the class. There will also be a comment added to this event below with the dial-in information prior. We suggest conducting a test call thru the desktop application (Manual Dialer under the Call tab) to extension 368032 to confirm your video and sound are working prior to this call.
