I am passing along a feature request from a support case.
Users are unsatisfied with the chat notification feature. They say it is not very noticeable and they are often missing chat alerts because they do not see them.
Customer comment sent to partner:
'We have many complaints about people missing messages. Which in turn, means people aren't using the system the way it’s intended or we would like. Essentially it is always the same complaint, “didn't know you messaged”. Messages do not pop up on screen but the little tray icon blinks. Nobody pays attention to the systray. Is there a setting where new messages will actually pop up on the screen? Blinking systray is useless.'
