Can we bring back the management of all registered Icon or 220 systems.

    In the past we were able to remotely service systems by Control, Manager or accessing the NAT IP in a browser.  By registering to cloud we have lost the ability to access units remotely causing major support issues.  Can this be brought back immediately.
