We have a lot of training material within our Video Center that we use for new hires. Currently, tracking the number of videos that the user watched and on what date is ok, but we would really love it if we could track the specific videos the user watched and for how long they watched them. That was actually part of our discussion during our pre-sales meetings and we were told that function was available. We are taking in approximately 15-20 new hires per month and not all of them can make each day of our training schedule (6 business days worth), that is why we rely on these reports to make sure the individual is actually watching the material when they cannot make it in.
