With the increased use of cloud within our client's businesses, we are frequently being asked if an answerphone type feature could be activated. At present if a user is away from their system/client etc, the inbound caller simply gets an error type tone, or it rings and rings until it times out!
It would also be useful if, as with a phone system, you could record, No Answer, busy, Internal and DND messages!
I know this feature is available on another competitors service and would be a very welcomed addition as part of the call record feature.
I hope other people can also see the value in this feature!
