Organize Directory and Contacts into Groups

    Hi we have a number of situations where both the clients directory and contacts would benefit from the ability to create logical groups to categorize the contacts.


    This is of particular importance when deploying to a larger organisation, where the managerial levels may need to be grouped to control access to those users.


    With regards to the organizing of contacts, once again if a client has multiple people within a certain company or project, the ability to group them and potentially arrange a VMR containing all of the group members would be of tremendous benefit - This could also make the meeting organisation a lot easier - similar to the scheduled meeting feature on a bridge 2200.  This could also benefit a PA in arranging a call for everyone within the group!
