I recently had a caller that requested the ability to create private meeting rooms that would not show up in their directory. I believe that this could be a good idea, as it would reduce clutter in their system's directories, reducing what they see to publicly used rooms and hiding the rooms that they do not use. This feature would be especially helpful for large customers that could have thousands, or even hundreds of meeting rooms. These Private Meeting Rooms could be tied to the local user's Client, whether Cloud, ClearSea or Video, and could show up under a sub-meeting tab like "My Meeting Rooms". The rooms could be pin protected, and controlled by the local user so that they remain truly private.
