Voice activated caller identification for Cloud dial-in audio callers

    A customer wanted to know if there is a way to identify who is talking, in a Cloud call, when the person is a voice dial-in caller


    Normally voice activated  video callers come to the front of the screen and you can see who is talking, but there is current no way to identify dial-in callers


    Could there be a prompt, when they dial in that ask them to type a name ( it would be optional of course)   so when they talk, their  name pops up on the top of the screen?
