At this point in time, chat does not sync across devices on which the Life-size Cloud app is installed. (according to Travis Dodson - Technical Support Engineer).
I want to start a chat on e.g. my laptop and continue it on my smartphone.
I don't understand that a solution that has 'Cloud' in their name, only saves these chats on a device and not in the cloud, enabling all devices to see/use it.
Please enable the syncing of chat through all the user devices.
