    I've been trying to manage about 10 support tickets that my team submitted to Lifesize support. As far as I can tell, there is no web portal to log into and see a collection of our tickets and status. It would be really great if the Lifesize Support team used something like Zendesk or Desk.com to manage their support queues. Right now, its really cumbersome to hunt through emails to check for updates and current statuses.
