Lifesize Icon - View Camera Input using Call Manager

    When accessing Call Manager on a Room 220 unit there was the ability to view the camera input from the unit itself and all connections.

    This feature is missing from Lifesize Icon 600 units.

    When fault finding and remote testing this was a really useful feature to have.

    An example would be testing connections for an important video conference, where the recipient is not currently in the office to accept the call.
