Expiration on Licensed Accounts Option

    Meetings that are set up expire when not used based on the time allocation that is assigned to meetings.  As there is a cost for each license purchased and because we currently have a limited number of licenses, we would like to have the ability to set a number of days limit for licenses that are inactive users.  For example if a licensed user does not use their license in 60 days, the license is deleted. 

     

    As part of that of the expiration for meetings and if accounts could expire, it would be great if an email would go out to the owner of the account or meeting creator 10 days prior to its expiration so that they might elect to participate in an event to re-activate the account.
