This feature request is in hopes that we get the option (perhaps a checkbox) to DISABLE presentation mode for users other than the moderator/lecturer.
The goal is to prevent accidental interruptions of the meeting.
Instead of just the on/off toggle, it would be nice if you could lock it and then on the fly pass it to someone else during the meeting.
It would be a great feature as anyone would be able to interrupt the presentation by sharing their own screen without the consent of the current presenter.
Raymo, Thanks for the feedback. We are researching how to best implement this capability and do plan to add in the future.
When Icons are paired to LS Cloud and 1 participant in a call is presenting, the others don't have the possibility to present unless the presenter stop his presentation.
Could you pls confirm you're not seeing this behaviour?
I'm talking about having a meeting using the desktop, participants were able to stop the current presentation. Not referring to Icons.
OK. I see.
Indeed that would be a good behaviour in moderated Virtual Meeting Rooms. I voted for it !
As of today it is no longer possible to interrupt an existing presentation.
