It would be very beneficial to have some audit logging capabilities available through the admin console and be able to print out reports. Information such as:
- Participants (name, email, IP, etc.)
- Duration of call
We currently have a feature on the roadmap to allow the ability to download call detail reports from the Web Console. This should capture all the information you need captured and downloadable as a csv type file. Right now we do not have any timing on the release so stay tuned.
Being an Enterprise customer it is very important that we get the ablility to export all audit logging that is created using the web console. Has there been any update on a release on this upgrade?
The raw logs are a good foundation to providing information for our infrastructure teams. However, it would also be very beneficial to have a shareable (meaning PDF) report capability on the usage of the systems, by office, by device, and any other filters that make sense. This would help us by allowing us to create simple high level reports to share with our executives, so we can let them know how well the systems are being used.
Any news on this topic? I got several EMEA customer's requests.

The missing part is the downloading option, which is "work in progress" on our side.
