For security purposes it would be beneficial to have the ability to administratively require passcodes for all calls, and not allow the end user to override this.
We do provide the ability for end users to pass code protect meeting rooms. You can do this through the apps or even the administration console. To help keep your user base from overriding all you need to do is create the Meeting Room as the Administrator and lock it down with the pass code.
Understood, however even system admins can get forgetful and possibly not enter a passcode. If the system had a setting to make passcodes mandatory this issue would be alleviated.
