Removing Email Address Associated With Cloud Paired Icon

    A customer of ours was wanting to remove an email address associated with his Icon paired to Cloud. After some investigation, it looks like the only way to do this is to factory reset and re-pair to Cloud (meaning he'll lose his extension and all that). This seems like something an admin should be able to control in the management console.


    Is there a way we can empower our customers to have the functionality to remove an associated email address?
