A customer has requested:
1) Would like to have the ability to clear the Chat History for a chat session that I have participated in.
2) Would like for the Cloud Administrator to be able to clear the Chat History of a specified Chat session
Surely this should be a basic feature?
Ever tactical, I have some questions... Would you want to see this done where there is a log kept, even if the UI shows a clear history? Should there be an option to save the history before wiping it? Should this be an owner/admin function only?
I can see the chat being kept as a source of record for some business cases.

This is why I suggested being able to set the behaviors per room. I am working with several clients in educational environments where this is desirable. I think the power should belong to the VMR owner.
correct. deleting the history of a chat is a must. The owner of a meeting must be able to delete the chat. It is uncomfortable to create for every meeting a new meeting room (Jour Fix).

This has not yet been provided. It is on the roadmap, as the other linked feature request is marked as such, but we do not have a date at this time.
