I am submitting a request to have the Virtual Meeting Room call records populate on the Management portal providing the following information
Total Callers in the VMR
Individuals who participated in the Call
In addition to the call length and time of the call information typically provided in the Management portal.
This would be for all multipoint meetings so that customers could see the total number of participants and who all joined into the meeting.
I had a customer who also stated that they would like to be able to see the realtime call details on their VMRs and calls in general through the manage portal.
