Inform cutomers about that systems get ddisconnected after 30 days of inactivity

    After having again customers who are complaining about hardware getting disconnected from cloud after 30 days of inactivity, i request you hereby to place a warning message in the management console of Lifesize cloud!

    This limitation is not cimmunicated anywhere and always leads to angry phone calls when systems are not ready to be used when needed.


    The point that one has to reset and reinitialize the systems to get them back connected is often a pain in the *** when one has to drive a few hundred kilometers ...
