Feature Request - Apply the Chosen Cloud Layout to Auto-Escalated Calls

    Right now, the layout used by auto-escalated calls seems to always be option 1. We have tested this in-house between our support demo accounts that were all set to option 2, but the auto escalated call used the option 1 layout, while the VMR call used the layout option chosen in the management portal. I believe that the auto-escalated calls should either use the same layout as the VMRs by default, being multipoint calls themselves, or at least, that the administrators of the Cloud accounts should be able to decide how the auto-escalated calls should operate. As of now, it appears as though they have no choice.
