Right now when a call comes in to an Icon, it rings through the Video Call Audio Output location by default. It appears to do this because the system is not able to identify the call as an audio or video call before the system begins to ring. I believe providing administrators the ability to choose their default ringing device would help them customize their setups to meet their specific needs and desires. In the case of our support ticket 00241386, the users sometimes turn off the TV when it is not in use. This causes the system to not ring when an audio call comes in, as the Video Call Audio Output is set to HD Out.
