Do Not Disturb Automatically Once in a Call

    We use an Icon 400 without the Cloud.  All of our calls are point-to-point and typically the other location calls our IP address.

     

    We had an issue where someone was in a call and someone else kept trying to dial in, which was very disruptive.  This issue could be solved by being able to set the system to go into "do not disturb" mode automatically once the call starts.

     

    We know we can set it to "do not disturb" manually after the call starts but it's very difficult for us to ensure that it gets done after timely given the nature of our business.
