Add Time filter to Meetings

    This has come up more than once in our location in which the end user's accidentally select the wrong meeting when dialing in. They would like the system to only display meetings scheduled for the current time.

    Example:

    Create virtual meeting room with 3 rooms/locations invited for an Operations meeting that occurs every Thursday at 9 - 10:30 am PST.

     

    This meeting should only show up on the system, during the time slot the meeting is set for.

     

    There can also be an override setting for meetings/rooms that should display at all times.

    Example:

    Create virtual "All Rooms" meeting that is set to "always display." This can be used for ad hoc meetings requiring all locations.
