From the desktop app there is the option to dial as voice to a meeting room. This would also be great to have on the mobile device.
This is a great suggestion! However, your phone already has voice capability so when you look at a meeting room or your directory list, you'll see an option that says
Video: (video number)
Voice: (voice number) <- you can click this and launch your phone's dialer
International number link
Meeting Owner (if viewing a meeting room)
Please let me know if this helps!
Thanks, I had a look at that and gave it a try. I can dial the number from there but then I still need to enter the meeting ID to access the meeting.
I find it easier to dial as video and then mute the video at the moment.
If I am the meeting owner I can then access the owner options as well.
Also, some devices such as my tablet are wifi only so the dialing option you mention would then need to go through another app such as Skype.
Having the option there would be a good thing for me.
If there is a meeting room you often dial in, you could save the PSTN access number on your phone :
<PSTN access number>,<meeting ID>#
In this way you'll enter directly into the meeting.
Note : You could also include the passcode ( if any )
With the new mobile app, you can select the room PSTN dial number, at it will directly call the number and the extension from your device - NOW AVAILABLE | Lifesize Mobile App
