Are there any plans to add a desktop support client to lifesize? It would be a great tool for the K-12 environment to use to support our users within our district.

Are you thinking of primarily help desk support for your use case?
That would be the primary reason for it. We have computer techs at each campus and Lead technicians in a shop environment. It would save the campus level techs time if they were able to take care of issues from their office and then if it was beyond their capabilities they could reach out to a lead tech via Life Size to help with the repair or diagnosis.
